DUE TO COVID-19 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS, PLEASE ALLOW 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES MAY INCREASE DURING HOLIDAYS AND OTHER PEAK SEASONS.

YOU WILL RECEIVE A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL CONTAINING A TRACKING NUMBER ONCE YOUR ORDER IS DISPATCHED. PLEASE BE RESPONSIBLE FOR TRACKING THE PACKAGE.

BUBBLEWRAP AND WATERPROOF WRAPPING MATERIAL MAY BE USED FOR DISPATCHING.

IF THE COURIER FAILS TO REACH THE RECEIVER, YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE HELD AT THE COURIER FOR PICK UP. IF THE CUSTOMER FAILS TO PICK UP THE PACKAGE FOR ANY REASON, THE PACKAGE WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER (HAPPY KONGNER) AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE. ALL FEE AND EXTRA CHARGES WILL BE COVERED BY THE CUSTOMER.
